Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are presentable and welcoming. This position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to communicate effectively with both colleagues and clients. Monday to Friday 3.30pm-6.30pm - 24 days holiday per year this includes bank holidays - Uniform provided. £14.00 per hour.
Duties
- Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored appropriately.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness by following established cleaning protocols and schedules.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address any cleaning needs or concerns.
- Provide excellent customer service by being approachable and responsive to client requests.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
- Drive to various locations as required for cleaning assignments.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, to facilitate effective communication.
- Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients and colleagues.
- Good communication skills to ensure clarity in task execution and reporting.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
