We require a Warehouse Operative to join our Warehouse team
Responsibilities & Duties
- Accurately picking and packing orders in a fast-paced environment with some heavy lifting
- Assisting with the loading/unloading of shipping containers
- Assisting with stock checks as and when required
- General housekeeping
Required profile
The individual will be reliable and hardworking and have a good attention to detail.
Skill Required
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, picking, packing, warehouse goods in/out. Fork-lift truck and counterbalance experience would be desirable.
Place of Work
The role is a full time role based between 2 warehouses located at Unit 5, Walker Park, Blackburn, BB1 2QE and at Shadsworth Business Park, Units 3-4 Duttons Way, Shadsworth.
Hours
39 hours per week, rotating shift pattern:
Early Shift: 7am until 3pm (Monday to Thursday) and 2pm finish on Fridays
Afternoon Shift: 12 noon until 8pm (Monday to Thursday) with a 1pm start on Fridays
