What you will do
- Assist the Executive Housekeeper in the daily operation of the Housekeeping department, ensuring all guest rooms, suites, public areas, and back of house areas reflect the highest standards of luxury presentation and cleanliness.
- Ensure all guest preferences, VIP requirements, special requests, and room amenities are communicated and executed effectively.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and prompt resolution of guest requests and maintenance concerns.
- Promote and maintain the highest standards of health, safety, hygiene, and sustainability in line with the hotel's B Corp commitments.
What you will bring
- Previous supervisory experience essential in Housekeeping within a 5 star luxury hotel.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a high performing team.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining luxury standards.
