The Role
As a Trainee Property Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the property team and gain hands-on experience across a range of property management and administration duties.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the day-to-day administration of residential properties.
- Maintaining accurate property and tenant records.
- Preparing letters, emails and other property-related correspondence.
- Assisting with tenancy documentation and maintaining files.
- Liaising with tenants, landlords, contractors and other professional contacts.
- Recording and following up maintenance issues and requests.
- Assisting with invoices, payments and general financial administration.
- Updating property management and case management systems.
- Arranging appointments, inspections and access where required.
- Providing general administrative support to the wider property team.
About You
Previous property experience is not essential, as full training will be provided. We are looking for someone who is:
- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Reliable, professional and keen to learn.
- Confident communicating by telephone, email and in person.
- Accurate and attentive to detail.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and computer-based systems.
- Able to work independently while also being a strong team player.

- Must drive and have access to own vehicle.

Pay: From £25,420.00 per year
