Welcome Change supports communities across East Birmingham and runs a Community Centre, Community Hub and Community Garden. We offer a range of services and activities aimed at improving wellbeing and reducing isolation and loneliness.
We are seeking a passionate and experienced fundraiser to join our small team and help us grow.
Main Duties
- Identify prospective funders and supporters.
- Prepare funding proposals, grant applications, and sponsorship packages.
- Manager funder and supporter information.
- Organise fundraising events, campaigns, and supporter engagement activities.
- Monitor fundraising progress, analyse data and prepare reports for management and stakeholders to optimise future strategies.
Key Skills
- Proven experience in fundraising.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Research and analytical skills.
- Time management and ability to meet fundraising targets.
