Full-Time Office Administrator / Office Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced, organised and reliable Office Administrator / Office Coordinator to join our team in Great Barr, Birmingham.
This is an important role within the business. You will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the office and will need to be confident working independently, managing priorities and ensuring administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the day-to-day running of the office
- Answering telephone calls and dealing with enquiries professionally
- Managing emails and correspondence
- Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
- Preparing letters, documents and reports
- Updating spreadsheets and internal systems
- Booking appointments and managing diaries
- Liaising with staff, clients and external organisations
- Handling compliance documents and ensuring everything is up to date
- Handling general office administration
- Following up outstanding tasks and ensuring deadlines are met
- Supporting management with administrative duties
- Record-keeping
- Helping ensure the office remains organised and runs efficiently
What We're Looking For
The successful candidate will be:
- Experienced in office administration
- Highly organised and able to prioritise their workload
- Reliable, punctual and professional
- Confident speaking to people on the telephone
- Comfortable using computers, email, Microsoft Word and Excel
- Able to work independently without constant supervision
- A good communicator with strong written English
- Able to handle confidential information appropriately
- Proactive and willing to take responsibility for getting things done
Previous experience running or coordinating a busy office would be an advantage.

Full-Time – Monday to Friday
