We're Hiring – Pub Team Member (Front & Back of House)
Part-Time | 16–32 Hours per Week
We're looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and hardworking team members to join our busy pub. This is a varied role where you'll work across both Front of House and Back of House, so no two shifts are the same!
You'll be serving customers behind the bar, delivering great customer service, and helping prepare and serve food in the kitchen. If you enjoy working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
Serving customers with a friendly and professional attitude
Preparing and serving drinks behind the bar
Taking food and drink orders and handling payments
Assisting with food preparation and plating
Helping maintain a clean, organised bar, kitchen, and customer areas
Following food hygiene and health & safety procedures
Working flexibly across both bar and kitchen as the business requires
What We're Looking For
A positive, can-do attitude
Excellent customer service skills
Reliability and a strong work ethic
The ability to work well under pressure
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
Previous hospitality experience is an advantage, but not essential—full training will be provided for the right person.
