About the Role
SCI CU UK is seeking a dependable Campus Maintenance Worker to help maintain clean, safe, and functional campus facilities. The successful candidate will support routine maintenance, repairs, inspections, and general facility upkeep.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs across campus facilities.
- Inspect buildings, fixtures, and common areas for maintenance issues.
- Respond to maintenance requests promptly.
- Assist with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs where appropriate.
- Maintain tools and maintenance supplies.
- Keep work areas clean and safe.
- Report significant faults requiring specialist attention.
Qualifications
- Previous facilities, maintenance, or handyman experience preferred.
- Practical knowledge of basic building systems.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong commitment to safety.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and responsive approach to work.
