- Salary: £13.00–£15.00 per hour / Up to £31,200 per year (depending on hours, qualifications & experience)
- Hours: 40 hours over 4 or 5 days | Shifts between 7:30am–6:00pm
- Contract: Permanent, all year round (Not suitable for school-hours or term-time applicants)
We are looking for a passionate Early Years Practitioner / Nursery Practitioner to join our supportive nursery in Wandsworth, London. You’ll help plan, observe, and deliver engaging learning experiences in a nurturing, inclusive environment where children can explore, learn, and thrive.

The Role
- Promote positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning activities
- Innovate to challenge children’s learning and development
- Work as part of the team ensuring health, safety, and well-being of all children
- Support key children and families in line with EYFS
About You
- Hold a Level 2 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
- Have previous experience as a Nursery Practitioner or similar role
- Be passionate about child development and early years education
- Be able to create a nurturing, stimulating learning environment
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Understand EYFS and child development frameworks
- Be eligible to work in the UK
