Overview
We are looking for a full-time Barista/Bartender to join our vibrant and friendly team at our buzzing seaside restaurant, located at the Folkestone Harbour Arm. If you're passionate about coffee, love working with people, and are skilled at serving drinks, we'd love to hear from you! This position is immediate start.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks to our customers.
- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks from our bar.
- Ensure the bar and coffee station are clean and well-stocked.
- Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Work efficiently during peak hours, especially weekends and bank holidays when the restaurant is at its busiest.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a barista is a must, however bartending experience is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, especially during busy weekends and bank holidays
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays (BANK HOLIDAYS)
