We support individuals to promote their independence and opportunities within the home, work and in social activities. Experience in Health or social care setting essential due to the supervisory role .
Service Coordinators are based in one or two services taking responsibility for shift planning/ rotas , staff supervision, support planning,hands on support of clients and the completion of paperwork . If you are looking for a new challenge and have skills that include being confident, positive, and flexible in your approach this may be the role for you. The role involves hands on support as well as admin time and will involve a small amount of out of hours duty. Shifts cover 24hr / 7day/ 365 days

QCF 3 desirable and agreement to complete level 4
Experience in social Care essential due to the supervisory aspects of the role.
