Essential Requirements
We are looking for a compassionate, reliable and proactive Care Assistant to join the team at In Faith Care Ltd. and provide high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes.
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Hold a valid driving licence and have reliable access to a vehicle, as you will travel between clients' homes.
- Be able to read, write and communicate effectively in English.
- Have a caring, respectful and empathetic approach to supporting people.
- Be comfortable using basic IT systems, including tablets or computers, to record care activities and update client records.
- Be able to follow individual care plans and detailed instructions accurately.
- Be reliable, responsible and able to work independently while also contributing positively to a wider care team.
- Be flexible to work a range of shifts, including mornings, evenings and weekends.
Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is desirable but not essential. Full training will be provided for the right candidate.

About the Role
As a Care Assistant at In Faith Care Ltd., you will provide personalised care and practical support to individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life.
You will build trusting relationships with clients and provide support based on their individual needs, preferences and care plans. Your compassion, reliability and positive attitude will help ensure every client receives safe, respectful and person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalised personal care, including support with bathing, dressing, mobility and medication reminders.
- Support clients with daily activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping and errands, promoting independence wherever possible.
- Follow individualised care plans and provide support in accordance with clients' needs and agreed instructions.
- Communicate sensitively and respectfully with clients to understand and respond to their needs, preferences and concerns.
- Build positive, professional relationships with clients, their families and other members of the care team.
- Accurately record care provided, observations and other relevant information using tablets, computers or other IT systems.
- Travel safely and efficiently between clients' homes and provide support at the agreed times.
- Follow all relevant health and safety, safeguarding and care procedures.
- Maintain clients' dignity, privacy, choice and independence during every interaction.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and relevant healthcare professionals to support positive outcomes for clients.
