As our friendly team continues to grow, we are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Support Operative to join us in Folkestone.

You'll be at the heart of our customer support operation, helping customers, processing orders, managing stock, and supporting the smooth running of our day-to-day activities.

What You'll Be Doing
As our Customer Support Operative, you'll be:
- Be the first point of contact for customers via telephone, email and live chat, delivering friendly and professional support.
- Manage customer enquiries and support requests, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
- Process customer orders and maintain accurate customer records.
- Monitor customer activity and help identify trends or potential issues.
- Receive and check stock deliveries to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Carry out stock counts and inventory checks.
- Pick, pack and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
- Support our technical team with device testing.
- Assist the wider operations team with a variety of administrative and operational tasks.
Who We're Looking For
For our Customer Support Operative, we're looking for someone who:
- Enjoys helping customers and delivering excellent service.
- Is organised, accurate and has excellent attention to detail.
- Communicates clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- Is confident using Microsoft Office and other IT systems.
- Enjoys working in a structured environment and maintaining accurate records.
- Can work independently while being a supportive team player.
- Is flexible, eager to learn and keen to develop new skills.
- Shares our values of kindness, teamwork and continuous improvement.
Desirable Experience
Experience in the following areas would be an advantage, but isn't essential:
- Customer service roles.
- Administration or office support.
- CRM or ticketing systems.
- Stock control, warehouse, or logistics activities.
- Healthcare, technology, or subscription-based services.
Physical Requirements
This role includes some practical operational duties. Applicants should be comfortable:
- Moving stock and equipment.
- Loading and unloading deliveries.
- Packing and preparing shipments.
- Standing for periods while carrying out stock and warehouse tasks.
- Undertaking manual handling activities safely.
