We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented HR administrator to join our People Team and HR Department. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about providing exceptional administrative support.
As a HR Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the employee lifecycle, ensuring HR records are maintained accurately and assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide day to day administrative support to the HR and People Team
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
- Support recruitment activities, including posting adverts, CV screening, scheduling and holding interviews and preparing offer letters and contracts
- Respond to internal and external HR related queries and respond in a timely manner
- Coordinate onboarding and induction processes for new starters
- Monitor employee probation periods and create supporting documents
- Support payroll administration by providing accurate employee information
- Assist with benefits administration
- Assist in planning and execution of HR initiatives and company events
- Support with employee engagement activities
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and employment legislation
Essentials for the role:
- Previous experience in HR administration
- Knowledge of HR functions and best practices
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage confidential information sensitively
- Proactive approach and willingness to learn
- CIPD Level 3 qualification is desirable but not essential
