Job Summary:
This is a varied, hands-on role at the heart of our Aftercare & Admin department. You'll keep parts and e-commerce orders moving, carry out pre-delivery quality checks on our cabins, maintain key compliance records, and provide friendly, professional support to customers by phone and email. It's a great fit for an organised, detail-focused administrator who enjoys a mix of order processing, quality checks and customer service, and who likes being part of a close-knit team where everyone pitches in.
Key Responsibilities:
Parts & e-commerce
- Process parts orders received via the website, phone and email, and handle returns (shared with a colleague).
- Maintain and update the parts website, keeping listings and information accurate.
- Support the team in managing the eBay account — listings, orders and buyer queries.
Pre-delivery & quality checks
- Carry out pre-delivery cabin checks to confirm each unit meets specification and quality standards before it leaves site.
- Complete VRM checks prior to delivery.
Compliance & records
- Collate and maintain electrical certification records and the certification register.
- Scan and file completed handover packs following delivery.
Customer support
- Share responsibility for answering incoming phone enquiries with the wider team.
- Help manage the aftercare inbox, responding to and directing customer emails.
- Provide backup support for warranty administration — reviewing warranty invoices and logging call-outs.
General
- Work flexibly with the team to cover tasks during busy periods or colleague absence.
- Keep accurate records and follow company processes throughout.
Experience - Desirable
- Administrative or office-based experience
- Handling customer enquiries by phone and email
- Processing orders, bookings or data entryParts, e-commerce or order-processing role
- Manufacturing, construction, welfare unit or plant/vehicle hire sector
- Quality-check or compliance record-keeping
Skills & abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisation and time management
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Competent with email, spreadsheets and web-based systems
- Able to manage a varied workload on your own initiative
- Confident picking up in-house systems (e.g. build/order and telematics systems)
- Basic grasp of warranty or aftercare processes
