We believe our working hours are class leading. You will work 5 days one week and 6 days the next, an average of 46 hours per week covering Monday to Friday (8.00-5.30) and alternate Saturdays (8.30-16.00).

Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a reliable Parts Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering phone calls and dealing face to face with customer enquiries in a timely manner. If you have experience with fixing cars or finding parts and enjoy working independently, we would like to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- To ensure the efficient and profitable operation of the Parts department
- To plan, organise and control the Parts Department resources to maximise the Parts sales
- To ensure accurate identification of customers' needs by means of dealer systems and online parts catalogues
- Using Systems Like MAM Autopart
- To conduct all transactions with customers with the utmost courtesy
- Selling to both retail and trade customers
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Parts Advisor or a similar role
- Ability to liaise with a range of customers
- Familiarity with online parts catalogues & Autopart is advantageous but not necessary
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues
