Gainsborough Primary School is looking for a highly motivated and talented Level 3 Room Leader to join our expanding preschool provision. You will work alongside our dedicated Preschool Manager and preschool staff to support and extend the children’s learning in one of our core groups within this phase. The role requires someone who is passionate about children’s learning and who has a rich knowledge and understanding of how pupils learn. We are looking for candidates with great energy, enthusiasm and a commitment to support us in this work.
We are looking for someone who:
is passionate about children’s learning
has a rich knowledge and understanding of how pupils learn
is eager to expand their knowledge, skills and understanding of teaching
has experience of working within a school setting and managing groups
has experience in supporting teaching and learning groups
has experience of managing others
Significant experience in a child care role is essential; ideally in a variety of early years settings. A recognised Level 3 Early years qualification is essential for this role. If you are committed to helping children to make progress in every lesson, every day we would like to hear from you.
