Duties
- Manage the day-to-day operations of residential and properties, ensuring high standards of communications with vendors and applicants.
- Handling enquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Prepare and manage budgets, including tracking expenses and revenue for each property.
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new vendors and retain existing ones.
- Ensure compliance with local housing laws and regulations.
- Foster positive relationships with vendors, addressing their needs while promoting a sense of community.
Requirements
- Proven experience in property sales or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Proficient in administrative tasks, including record keeping and report preparation.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail.
