The Role
As the Pharmacist, you will play a key role in leading the pharmacy team, delivering both essential and advanced services, and helping to grow the pharmacy within the local community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing safe and effective dispensing of prescriptions
- Delivering NHS and private services
- Leading and supporting the pharmacy team
- Building strong relationships with patients, GPs, and local stakeholders
- Driving service uptake and performance within the branch
- Actively contributing to the growth and development of the pharmacy
- Ensuring compliance with GPhC and NHS standards

- GPhC-registered Pharmacist
- Strong clinical knowledge and a patient-first approach
- A proactive mindset with a drive to grow services
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, community-focused environment
