Experienced Upholsterer Required
We are a growing furniture manufacturing company based in Berkhamsted, looking for an experienced and skilled upholsterer to join our dynamic team.
This role offers flexible working hours depending on experience and workload, with excellent opportunities for long-term, consistent work within a supportive family-run business.
Pay: £15.00 – £20.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Job Type: Part-Time
Key Skills & Experience Required:
- Strong upholstery experience across a range of furniture products
- Competent sewing skills, including seam work and pattern matching (essential)
- Experience shaping and cutting foam
- Cushion making and finishing experience
- Ability to work with a variety of fabrics and materials
- Knowledge of upholstery adhesives, hand tools, and machinery
- High attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
- Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently
