Public Area Cleaning Attendant – Fully Flexible, Days and Nights
The Titanic Hotel Liverpool is all about the restoration of one of our city’s most historic and iconic buildings. As a World Heritage site it forms part of the Stanley Dock Village development overlooking the waters of Stanley Dock. The hotel is a hotel of unequalled proportion of size, service and style.
We are currently looking for a Public Area Cleaning Attendant to join our Housekeeping team.
Job Responsibilities:
· Ensuring all Public Areas (restaurant, bar, lobby, corridors, event space, staff facilities etc. etc.) within the hotel are cleaned to the standards set within the Company and maintained at all time.
· Liaising with other team members in an effective and professional manner.
· Ensuring clear and precise handovers are given at the end of your shift.
· Reporting into the Head of Housekeeping.
Skills and Experience:
· Experience in a similar position is ideal
· Excellent communication skills
· Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
· Honest, open and flexible manner is crucial to this role
· Attention to detail
· Passionate and driven individual who takes pride in their work
· Strong work ethic and must prove to be reliable
· Good customer service skills
· Maintaining confidentiality
· Be COSH trained
· Health and Safety Conscious
