Reporting to: Operations Shift Manager
Key responsibilities include:
- Operate and set up machinery safely and efficiently.
- Monitor performance, report faults, and complete production records accurately.
- Carry out routine checks, minor adjustments, and basic maintenance.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping, PPE, safety, and quality.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in a machine operator or similar production role.
- Good attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a reliable approach to quality.
- Basic IT skills, including Excel and SAP. Knowledge of MES would be advantageous
- Basic mechanical knowledge for routine checks and minor adjustments.
- Reach FLT licence desirable, but not essential
This role operates on a rotating two-shift pattern (Morning and Afternoon shifts).
