Job Overview
We’re looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and reliable Game Master to help deliver an unforgettable experience to our guests across our 5* exciting themed rooms*.
Please note our main site is at 35 The Goffs. However, for this particular position you will be required to host the games at our Cubeworld site (13 Gildridge Road), and our new Spooky Stay site (Lansdowne Hotel).
Responsibilities
- Prepare and reset the escape room before and after each game
- Welcome and greet players in a friendly and professional manner
- Deliver engaging briefings about the room theme, story, and rules
- Monitor players during the game and provide clues when needed
- Have a friendly chat with the group afterwards, take team photos, and collect feedback
- Ensure rooms are reset promptly and correctly for the next team
Qualifications
- Great communication and people skills
- Confident and comfortable speaking to small groups
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure with a keen attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- Interest in puzzles, storytelling, or immersive experiences (a plus!)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by game schedules.
