The NestléOne Global Media team, in London, act as the the Global Centre of Excellence for media within Publicis Groupe. Our media scope spans across APAC as well as in the Americas. Beyond media, Nestlé and Publicis have a longstanding relationship including creative, digital transformation and production.
What you will be doing....
As Global Associate Director, you will lead the day-to-day management and delivery of best-in-class strategic guidance, consultancy and delivery of industry-leading technology and tools, to drive transformation and growth, supported by the wider team, including a Senior Account Executive. In addition our work involves partnering closely on projects with clients at the category level on billionaire brands, e.g. Food (Maggi), Coffee (Nescafé, Nespresso, Starbucks at Home), Nutrition (Nido, NAN) & Confectionery (KitKat). In this role you will be expected to lead in fostering a strong & positive team focused on collaboration and high performance. What you need to succeed....
This fast-paced, high-impact role requires someone who thrives on strategic problem-solving, cross-market collaboration, and operational excellence. Your exceptional project management skills, ability to build strong client and agency relationships, and leadership in navigating complex global structures will be key to success.
• Knowledgeable in both online and offline media channels having gained from experience in previous media agency roles • Experience in supporting the development of media strategy recommendations, comms planning and identifying sources of growth in audiences & channels is desirable
- A strong interest in developing broader strategic and consultative skills to shape recommendations and project outlines with internal teams and clients
• Able to multi-task and prioritise, with exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, even when under pressure • Able to establish and maintain effective relationships with clients and gain their trust and respect
- Able to both lead some work streams as well as take direction as part of a team
- A confident and adaptable communicator
- Action oriented and full of energy to carve out clear next steps and new opportunities

- Media industry experience in an account or planning role and demonstrated ability to work across projects and multi-market teams
• Experience coordinating and managing multiple projects at once, ability to work both collaboratively and with autonomy • Can confidently manage multiple clients’ needs and priorities
- Prior experience or a strong interest in supporting the development of junior team members
- Strong written and oral skills - able to come across clearly and succinctly in email or over the phone
- Able to produce insightful, innovative and clearly articulated presentations
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to quickly spot mistakes and inconsistencies in data.
- Experience working with media planning and research tools, including GWI, as well as strong working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint is essential
