Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team based at our Office in Pontefract, Wakefield. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and a passion for maintaining and repairing air conditioning systems. AC Installation will also be required. A Company van will be provided for this role.
Responsibilities
- install, and maintain air conditioning systems in various settings.
- Conduct regular inspections and diagnostics to ensure equipment is functioning efficiently.
- Repair and replace faulty components as necessary, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and installations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer or in a similar role.
- F-Gas Quantification required.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in equipment repair.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to maintenance challenges.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in HVAC engineering or related fields are preferred.
- A valid driving licence will be required for travel between sites.
