If you’re friendly, proactive and organised, you could be a great fit for the People and Compliance Coordinator role at County Care. In this position, you’ll be at the heart of our HR operation, taking ownership of day‑to‑day HR administration, keeping employee records accurate and up to date, coordinating key compliance checks, and ensuring every member of staff feels supported throughout their journey with us.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide HR support and guidance to managers.
- Manage leaver processes, including exit interviews.
- Maintain compliant personnel files and update HR/IT systems.
- Monitor absence, probation periods, and contract changes.
- Oversee DBS, Right to Work and ID renewals.
- Complete data reporting, audits, and workforce information tasks.
- Manage the HR inbox and take notes in HR meetings.
- Support internal communications and ensure staff receive timely HR updates.
What We’re Looking For

- Strong communication skills with a good command of English.
- Solid IT skills, including proficiency in Outlook, MS Office and spreadsheets.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- A consistently professional manner when dealing with staff at all levels.
Pay: £27,000.00 per year
