Job Summary

Duties
- Install new air conditioning units according to schematics, blueprints, and technical specifications, ensuring all components are properly fitted and secured.
- Conduct routine maintenance on existing systems to optimize performance and extend equipment lifespan.
- Troubleshoot and repair air conditioning equipment, diagnosing issues accurately and implementing effective solutions swiftly.
- Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and wiring diagrams to guide installation and repair processes.
- Lead small teams during installation projects, providing guidance on safety protocols, technical procedures, and quality standards.
- Perform construction-related tasks such as ductwork installation, electrical wiring, and system testing to ensure seamless integration.
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, including system configurations, repairs made, and parts used for future reference.
Qualifications
- Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in HVAC systems or related construction fields.
- Ability to read schematics, technical drawings, and wiring diagrams with confidence.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience supervising or guiding team members during projects.
- Strong skills in equipment repair, troubleshooting complex issues efficiently.
- Knowledge of air conditioning systems, maintenance practices, and building codes relevant to HVAC installation.
- Construction experience is highly desirable to facilitate seamless integration of systems into various environments.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients while maintaining safety standards.
