❤ What You'll Be Doing
- Leading the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring exceptional standards of care and education.
- Inspiring, coaching, and developing your team to deliver outstanding early years practice.
- Building strong relationships with children, families, and the wider community.
- Maintaining the highest standards of safeguarding, compliance, health and safety, and quality.
- Driving occupancy, team performance, and continuous improvement across the nursery.
❤ What We're Looking For
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education and Childcare.
- At least 3 years' experience managing an early years setting.
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS, safeguarding, and regulatory requirements.
- A confident leader with excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Passion for delivering outstanding childcare while developing and inspiring your team.
