Ready to step up and take charge in a fast-paced, high-performing warehouse environment? At Evri International, we’re looking for a passionate and driven Warehouse Supervisor to lead our night operation and help keep parcels moving across borders with precision and pace.
About the Role
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in leading our night shift operations (22:00–07:00, any 5 days from 7). You’ll work closely with the Warehouse Manager to oversee Team Leaders and Operatives, ensuring smooth import operations while achieving productivity, throughput, and cost-per-unit targets.
From managing parcel flow and presentation to driving operational excellence and compliance, you'll be at the heart of everything—motivating your team, maintaining high standards, and delivering results in a time-critical environment. This is a hands-on leadership role where your ability to organise, energise, and optimise will make a real impact.
Responsibilities
- Supervise Team Leaders and Operatives to ensure operational targets and throughput are achieved
- Monitor performance against KPIs, including productivity, CPU, and MI measurements
- Manage parcel presentation, scanning compliance, and reduction of mis-sorts and damages
- Lead, coach, and develop your team through regular 1:1s, reviews, and engagement
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, security, and company standards
- Support operational planning, peak readiness, and stand in for the Ops Manager when required

- Strong Maths and English skills (written and verbal) with good PC literacy
- Proven experience in warehouse or distribution management
- Solid understanding of KPIs and operational performance drivers
- Ability to work on your own initiative in a fast-paced, pressurised environment
