Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our legal team. The successful candidate will support the litigation team by conducting research, preparing documentation, and managing case files. Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research to assist with case preparation and strategy development

- Manage and maintain case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date
- Liaise with clients, witnesses, and external agencies to gather information and schedule meetings
- Assist solicitors during court proceedings by preparing exhibits and supporting materials
- Analyse case data to identify relevant information and potential issues
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries professionally and promptly
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars
Requirements
- Proven organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong analysis skills to interpret legal documents and case data effectively
- Previous administrative experience within a professional environment is desirable
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanour
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work
- Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate

Pay: £12.84-£18.50 per hour
