Part-Time Administrator (16 Hours per Week)
We are looking for an organised and reliable Part-Time Administrator to join our team for 16 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
- General administrative support
- Data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Processing invoices and purchase/sales records
- Using Sage Line 50 (Sage 50 Accounts) for day-to-day bookkeeping tasks
- Reconciling accounts and assisting with financial administration
- Answering telephone and email enquiries
- Filing and document management
- Supporting the wider team with office administration
Essential Requirements
- Previous administration experience
- Working knowledge of Sage Line 50 (Sage 50 Accounts) is essential
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Strong communication skills
Hours
- 16 hours per week - 2 days Friday and Monday - half hour lunch. times to suit.
Salary
Competitive hourly rate, dependent on experience.
