Night Concierge
Location: Liverpool City Centre
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Hours: 4 on, 4 off day shift pattern 7am-7pm
Are you a people-oriented professional who thrives in a customer-facing role? We’re looking for a Concierge to join our team in Liverpool. As the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and suppliers, you'll help ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment at all times.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Acting as the first point of contact for all residents, visitors, and suppliers
- Providing a professional and friendly reception service
- Responding to unplanned cleaning needs (e.g. spillages in communal areas)
- Carrying out building patrols, safety checks, and CCTV monitoring
- Handling parcel management and logging deliveries according to company procedures
- Managing utility meter readings as required
- Providing clear and concise shift handovers to incoming team members
- Managing key control and issuing keys in line with protocols
- Coordinating access for maintenance, deliveries, and other services
- Handling general enquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests
- Conducting bin rotation and supporting smooth car park operations
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a similar role (essential)
- Basic knowledge of health and safety practices
- Fire Marshal qualification (desirable, not essential)
- SIA Badge (desirable, not essential)
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
- Ability to stay calm and professional in all situations
