We are currently recruiting for House keeping team member to join our busy team at the Killin Hotel. Set in the heart of the Scottish Highlands we are renowned for our warmth, charm and hospitality. This a thriving three-star country house hotel with 38 bedrooms and a busy food and beverage area, set amongst some of the finest scenery in Scotland
The Role
All team members are responsible for ensuring that every guest receives a friendly and professional welcome, along with high-quality service that matches our exceptional location, food, presentation, and stunning views enjoyed throughout the year. You should also demonstrate a welcoming attitude and a genuine interest in developing the hotel, yourself, and being part of a busy, successful team. We are seeking a Housekeeper to join our fast-paced team. There are great opportunities to become part of a well-established team and help improve the hotel's standards.
Essential Requirements
Previous experience in a similar role or environment is advantageous however full training shall be given
High levels of attention to detail and a proactive approach to cleanliness and standards
Immaculate presentation standards in all that you do
Good communication skills with guests and colleagues at all levels
Passion to exceed guest expectation first time, on time, every time
