Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including floors, work surfaces, equipment, and utensils to uphold health and safety standards

- Support the cooking team by passing ingredients, replenishing supplies, and ensuring kitchen stations are stocked and ready for service
- Clear and clean dishes, pots, pans, and utensils promptly during busy service times to keep the kitchen organized
- Dispose of waste responsibly and ensure recycling procedures are followed in line with environmental policies
- Help with stock rotation, inventory checks, and storing supplies properly to maintain an efficient workflow

Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential; enthusiasm to learn is key!
