As we prepare to open our beautiful new matwork and reformer studios at Coppet Hill on the Jurassic Coast, we're looking for exceptional Pilates teachers to help us create something truly special from day one.
Responsibilities
- Teach group and private Pilates classes tailored to different skill levels and physical needs
- Demonstrate excellent technique and form to ensure safe practice and maximise benefits
- Develop individualised approaches that align with clients’ movement goals and abilities
- Provide clear instructions, encouragement, and feedback to support and motivate participants throughout sessions
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming studio environment
- Monitor client progress and adjust approaches as needed to ensure safety and effectiveness
- Actively engage in ongoing professional development and stay informed about the latest Pilates techniques, anatomy insights, and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Body Control Pilates, STOTT Pilates or equivalent comprehensive mat training and certification
- Pilates small equipment certification
- Reformer certification preferable but not essential
- Appropriate insurance
- First Aid
- Strong teaching skills with the ability to communicate clearly and motivate diverse groups of clients
- Knowledge of human anatomy relevant to movement, posture, and injury prevention
- Passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their movement goals
- Ability to demonstrate exercises safely while providing constructive guidance
- Flexibility to work varied schedules including evenings and weekends.

Pay: £240.00-£360.00 per day
