This is an exciting opportunity to join Northpoint as our Programme Manager for Service Development and Transformation, leading key change initiatives across a growing organisation.
Reporting to the Assistant Director of Governance, Risk and Assurance, the post-holder will provide dedicated programme and project management capability, enabling sustainable growth and improvement without overloading operational and clinical leaders.

The Programme Manager for Service Development and Transformation plays a critical role in ensuring change is well‑governed, safe and delivers real impact.
We offer:
35 hours per week (part‑time considered, 28 hours+)
£48,340 – £55,600 (based on 35 hours)
28 days annual leave (plus bank holidays, pro rata)
Up to three discretionary Christmas leave days

What you will be doing as our Programme Manager
As Programme Manager for Service Development and Transformation, you will lead a portfolio of service development and transformation projects across the organisation.
This includes:
Leading multiple projects and programmes from initiation to delivery
Embedding proportionate programme and project management approaches across teams
Managing risks, dependencies, milestones and benefits realisation
Ensuring quality, safeguarding and governance are built into delivery activity
Working closely with clinical, operational and corporate leaders
Providing clear reporting and assurance to senior leaders
The potential to line manage staff as the programme function develops
What are we looking for in our ideal Programme Manager for Service Development and Transformation?
You will bring experience delivering complex projects or programmes in regulated or service‑based environments, with strong planning, stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Experience in mental health, health, social care or the VCSE sector is desirable but not essential.
