About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Graduate Building Surveyor to join our Manchester team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to develop their career within a leading property and construction consultancy, working alongside experienced professionals on a diverse range of projects in the commercial sector.
You will gain hands-on experience across a broad spectrum of building surveying services while receiving structured support towards achieving professional accreditation.
Key Responsibilities
Main duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:
· Undertake core project and professional building surveying work.
· Actively collaborate with colleagues in cross selling the services of the company and seeking out potential further work from existing commissions
· Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, fostering long-term partnerships.
About You
· You have a degree qualification BSc, BSc (Hons) or MSc in a relevant discipline.
· You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and work well as part of a team.
· Full UK driving licence essential.
