An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and highly organised individual to join the Communities Directorate Support Unit, providing dedicated administrative support to help deliver key services and functions across the Directorate.
This is a varied and fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You will play a key part in supporting managers, councillors, partners and residents, ensuring high-quality customer service and effective co-ordination across a wide range of activities.
In this role you will:
Manage internal and external communications, enquiries and complaints. Support Member Referrals, and FOIs.
Maintain accurate records and monitoring systems Support the preparation of reports, presentations and management information. Provide administrative support to the Directorate Management Team.
We are looking for someone with excellent organisational and communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment. If you are proactive, adaptable and committed to delivering excellent support services, we would love to hear from you.
