Chef de Partie/Senior CDP- The Silver Cup

We are looking for passionate, driven Chef de Partie/Senior CDP who is looking to grow within our kitchen team.
We don’t believe that good food should just be for the rich and famous. Our aim is to create a special experience for customers that pulls on the traditions of a classic British Public House whilst putting a contemporary twist on quality seasonal food and drink. We are working towards accolades and building our reputation throughout the county.
Job Responsibilities:
- Kitchen Operations: Assisting day-to-day kitchen operations. Preparing, cooking, storing and presenting dishes while running a section.
- Food Preparation: Ensure all food is prepared to the highest quality standards, following recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Health and Safety: Maintain strict adherence to culinary standards, health and safety regulations, and cleanliness for a safe work environment.
- Menu Development: Assist Head Chef/Chef Patron with menu development and testing. Contribute ideas for new dishes, specials, or improvement and adapt dishes based on feedback and operational needs.
- Stock & Cost Control
We are looking for:
· A professional who is energetic, positive and punctual with Rosette or Michelin experience.
· You are eager to learn from your peers and you always striving to progress as a Chef with a desire to continuously learn and improve both knowledge and skills
· Strong leadership & decision making. Expected to anticipate problems.
· You are driven by your love of cooking, attention to detail, commitment to learn to deliver the highest levels of service to our guests
· Are passionate about cooking and working with the best UK suppliers and seasonal ingredients
· Able to work effectively as part of a team and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
Open Wednesday Evening – Sunday Lunch. Monday, Tuesday off.
Term: Full Time

Pay: £32,500.00-£35,000.00 per year
