The Job
Cleaning rental properties after tenants have moved out.
Each person will only have to carry out one job at a time, no need to carry lots of equipment around all day unless an opportunity is given to do multiple areas. Each person will be trained in the job they carry out if they are not already in the know. There are 15 places available so you know there will be a great working atmosphere with like minded people.
The jobs are for the following positions:
Oven and Kitchen Cleaning Operative
Shower/Bathroom Cleaning Operative
Studio and bedroom cleaning operative
The Person
The person we are looking for must be polite and friendly, with a team spirit
They must be organised and focused
They must pay attention to detail, it is imperative each job is left in perfect order, every splash, spill, mark and dot must be seen and removed where it is not wanted.
They must be fit and able to clean at a fast pace and must be able to walk up and down stairs with ease
They must have a sensible nature and be able to read and understand English in full due to products specification involved. It is paramount that everyone in the team does not endanger themselves or others
They must be able to transport themselves to and from the job site
Basic PPE will be provided such as gloves, masks and Aprons
All cleaning products and equipment will be provided and assigned to each candidate
No smoking or vaping on sites
The dates
Interviews will take place and be ongoing from the 1st July 2026 for Immediate start, work will continue until at least the second week in September
Areas of work in Leicester will include; Clarendon Park, Knighton, Leicester city centre
Salary
Salary is based on experience and pricework. Hired candidates will be paid per job a week in hand with the potential to earn a great wage per day!
***Bonus may be given to those that show a good work ethic with a knack for cleaning

Pay: £8.00-£15.00 per hour
