Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender/Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. This role involves providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving beverages and food, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with safety standards
- Serve food items promptly and accurately, ensuring guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar and dining areas throughout shifts
- Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments using the POS system
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies
- Engage with guests to create a friendly atmosphere, addressing any special requests or concerns promptly
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, serving, or bar work is advantageous but not mandatory
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanour
- Good time management to ensure timely service during busy hours
- Ability to work well under pressure in a lively environment
- A personable attitude with a genuine interest in providing outstanding customer service
