Duties
- Provide strategic direction and set clear goals to ensure operational excellence across all departments
- Lead, motivate, and supervise management teams to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance
- Oversee retail management activities including merchandising, inventory control, and customer service standards
- Develop and implement sales strategies that enhance revenue growth and market share
- Manage administrative functions such as budgeting, staffing, scheduling, and compliance with company policies
- Foster effective communication within teams through clear phone etiquette, organisational skills, and active listening
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) regularly to identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed
Requirements
- Proven management experience with a strong background in supervising teams within retail or similar environments
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop staff at all levels
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to ensure clarity in instructions and feedback
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Administrative experience including budgeting, reporting, and staff scheduling is essential
