Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Commercial Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across various commercial premises. Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming of designated areas
- Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces to meet health and safety standards
- Empty bins and dispose of waste responsibly
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are stored safely and used correctly
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times to minimise hazards
- Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to management promptly
- Ensure all areas are kept organised, tidy, and presentable throughout the working shift
- Adhere to client-specific cleaning protocols and schedules
Experience
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is desirable but not essential as training will be provided
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality standards
- Good organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Reliable with a professional attitude towards work responsibilities
