- Ensuring works meet the required quality, conservation and statutory standards
- Monitoring progress and addressing programme, cost or quality issues at an early stage
- Supporting tender reviews, procurement and the appointment of specialist trades
- Providing clear progress, commercial and risk reports
- Ensuring consistently high standards of health, safety and environmental management
What the role offers
- Responsibility for varied and technically interesting heritage projects
- Direct involvement in project planning and decision-making
- Support from experienced project, estimating and administrative colleagues
- Access to an established in-house team of specialist craftspeople
- Experience across conservation, structural repair, traditional construction and refurbishment
- Opportunities to develop your heritage knowledge and progress as the business grows
- The backing of a company investing in its premises, workshops, equipment and management resources
