This position is responsible for developing, recommending and implementing cost-effective food manufacturing projects and process improvements within the product requirements, quality standards, and sustainability platform specified by the customer(s) at a local Priority setting .
Responsible for carrying out local capital projects. This involves the development of a project plan and scope, organizing and coordinating schedules, and documenting all aspects of projects such as directing outside contractors, FAT / SAT Protocols, cost control, project integration into the plant operation, and training coordination.
