We’re looking for a hardworking Kitchen Porter to join our team at The Cow Saloon Bar & Dining Rooms. In this vital role, you’ll help keep our kitchen running smoothly by maintaining cleanliness, assisting with food preparation, and supporting the wider team. What You’ll Do:
- Keep kitchen areas clean, organised, and hygienic
- Assist chefs with basic food prep and ingredient fetching
- Receive, store, and organise deliveries
- Follow hygiene and safety standards, including HACCP guidelines
- Wash dishes, clean surfaces, and dispose of waste properly
- Maintain stock rotation to minimise waste
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 2 years’ experience as a Kitchen Porter or Kitchen Assistant
- Experience in a high-volume kitchen
- Attention to detail and commitment to hygiene standards
- A team player with a strong work ethic
- Full-time availability (around 40 hours per week)
- Right to Work: Candidates must have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom. Proof of eligibility will be required prior to employment in accordance with Home Office guidelines.
