We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Stylist to lead our talented team of hair professionals.

Responsibilities
- Lead by example with advanced hairstyling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet diverse client needs.
- Supervise daily salon operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to safety and cleanliness standards.
- Mentor and support team members through coaching on technical skills, customer service, and professional development.
- Support front desk duties including appointment scheduling, client consultations, and upselling retail products and services to boost client experience.
- Foster a welcoming environment by delivering outstanding customer service and building lasting client relationships.
- Oversee inventory management, maintain cleanliness, and ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Work alongside supervisor team to support the smooth running and success of the whole salon in all departments.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Master Stylist with a strong portfolio of work demonstrating technical expertise.
- Previous management or supervisory experience in a salon setting is highly preferred.
- Skilled in traditional hair styling services.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to mentor and develop team members effectively.
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for creating memorable client experiences.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
