Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and personable Front of House Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service in a dynamic environment, ensuring guests have a memorable experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, assisting with food and beverage service, and supporting the overall operation of the venue. Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is desirable but not essential; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally valued.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and drinks in accordance with health and safety standards
- Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the service area
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations at all times
- Handle customer enquiries professionally, resolving any issues promptly
- Support baristas with drink preparation when required
- Uphold high standards of hospitality, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times
Experience
- Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality roles is advantageous but not mandatory
- Experience in food safety procedures is preferred
- Barista experience or knowledge of coffee preparation is a plus
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and customer service standards is desirable
- A friendly, approachable demeanour with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn new skills related to food handling and customer service
