We are looking for Part time - full time hours bar and waiting staff. We are a busy hotel in central Melrose and are looking for people to join our team. We are looking for team players who are keen to make sure all our customers are happy and have a great time in our hotel.
We are also offering live in accommodation which would involve night porter duties.
The main roles for the job are
- Serving drinks
- Serving food
- Ensuring the bar and front of house is kept tidy and presentable
- Making sure all our customers are happy
- Communicating with our other team members
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is preferred but not necessary.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skill
