Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using commercial cleaning equipment and supplies
- Dust surfaces, vacuum carpets, mop floors, and sanitize high-touch areas to prevent the spread of germs
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste responsibly in designated areas
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure availability at all times
- Follow health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly for quick resolution
- Adhere to cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure consistent quality across all assigned spaces
Experience
- Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment used in professional cleaning settings
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure thorough cleaning of all areas
- Reliable with a positive attitude and a commitment to punctuality
